Sauteed Mushrooms

This is a simple way to cook white mushrooms for pizza, pasta, or whatever you like.


Sauteed Mushrooms

(Makes 2 cups)

Ingredients:

2 Cups white mushrooms, sliced thin
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper
2 tsp Olive oil or 1 tsp Butter

Directions:

1. Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil or butter in a pan over medium-high heat.

2. Add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

3. Add the mushrooms and saute until they are tender and most of the liquid has evaporated.
