Breakfast Burritos

A burrito with a few ingredients will keep you full for a while. It’s quick to prepare and easy if you are in a rush, and also quite tasty!


Breakfast Burritos
(Makes 1 Burrito)

Ingredients:

  • 4 whole eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 strips bacon
  • 1 tortilla
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the eggs and milk.
  2. Heat in a saute pan on medium high. Let them cook in the pan for 5 minutes and as they start to congeal, move the eggs around with a fork. Add the shredded cheese. When the eggs are nice and fluffy place in the tortilla.
  3. Cook the bacon in another saute pan until brown and crispy.
